Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I understand helping students acquire a language can be stressful and challenging which is why the stickers are important. When I give a Quiz, and students receive a sticker, it helps students stay motivated. The books are also something that will help students get exposure in my class to the different cultures. I would love class sets but I am content with at least having students get a variety of different Spanish books.
Students will be grateful of the resources available to them.
Constant validation is important to my students because it helps them not give up and stay motivated. Glue sticks are also important because the resources I provide for them gets glued into their notebooks and having six classes of 36 students can be challenging when it comes to school supplies. Highly appreciated the help and support for our future leaders.
