Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In my classroom, every student walks in with the potential for greatness. But for many of them, reaching that potential takes more than just textbooks and lessons-it takes motivation, encouragement, and recognition. That's why I'm seeking your support to provide meaningful incentive prizes that reward my students for their hard work, cooperation, and positive behavior.

Incentive prizes may seem small-a set of colorful pens, a fun fidget toy, a journal, or even a homework pass-but to students, they mean something much bigger.These prizes represent acknowledgment of their effort and growth.

For students who may struggle academically, socially, or emotionally, being recognized for improvement and positive choices helps to build their confidence and drive. When students see that their good behavior and determination are valued, they're more likely to stay engaged, persevere through challenges, and support one another.

Your donation will directly contribute to building this environment of encouragement and growth. Every prize will help reinforce important life skills like responsibility, teamwork, and resilience. Most importantly, your support will remind students that there are people out there who believe in them.
