This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach an amazing group of 8th-grade who are ambitious, inquisitive, motivated, and resilient. My students come to science every day excited to learn and discover the world around them. For this project, I am requesting materials so my students can participate in our school and district science fair this year. Many of my students have never participated in a science fair as the pandemic has led to many school events being canceled. I am excited for my students to participate in the science fair this year and want them to have all of the supplies that they need to be successful and win a useful prize.
