My Project
I teach an energetic and diverse group of 2nd graders in a Mandarin dual immersion program. My students are curious, creative, and full of ideas. They light up when learning feels hands-on and meaningful, and I’m always looking for ways to keep them engaged while helping them build both language and academic skills. A 3D printer will allow us to bring our learning to life—designing models tied to science, math, and storytelling, while encouraging collaboration, problem-solving, and imagination. Many of my students don’t have access to technology like this at home, so this project will provide equitable opportunities for innovation and creativity in the classroom. With your support, my students will see that their ideas matter—and that they can create, build, and dream big.
