This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our classroom is a diverse community of learners, and I believe that every student deserves the tools and support they need to succeed not only academically but also emotionally and socially. This project aims to provide resources that will help foster a positive, supportive environment where students can develop essential social-emotional skills.

Through this initiative, I hope to equip students with resources such as mindfulness activities, emotional regulation tools, and team-building exercises.

These resources will be integrated into our daily routines, helping students manage their emotions, build healthy relationships, and develop resilience in the face of challenges. The goal is to create a safe and empathetic space where students can thrive academically while becoming well-rounded individuals.

Together, we can create a foundation of emotional intelligence that will empower students to navigate their lives with confidence and compassion.
