My Project

These heart rate monitors will make a significant difference to my students by providing real-time feedback, helping them understand and manage exercise intensity. The goals of our P.E. Department are to increase PE rigor, improve fitness, and foster lifelong wellness habits. These tools allow us to personalize instruction, track progress, and ensure meaningful participation for all students. My students are diverse, energetic, and eager to grow—they deserve access to innovative tools that promote health and engagement. This project supports our departmental mission to develop well-rounded, health-conscious individuals who value physical activity and take ownership of their personal fitness journey.
