My Project

In our self-contained classroom, my students face unique learning, communication, and behavioral challenges. Many rely on visuals, interactive lessons, and assistive technology to engage, communicate, and thrive. We are requesting the 11-inch iPad Pro with M4 chip, Wi-Fi, 256GB, and OLED display to give our students access to a powerful, all-in-one learning and communication tool.

This allows students with limited verbal skills to express themselves clearly and confidently.

The new M4 chip ensures fast, smooth performance when running essential apps like Proloquo2Go, Snap Core First, and other AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) tools.

With 256GB of storage, the iPad can support a wide variety of academic, behavior, and life skills apps without running out of space. From reading interventions to social-emotional learning games, everything they need can be accessed in one place.

The OLED display provides crystal-clear visuals that support students who learn best with pictures, videos, and modeling. It's easier on the eyes and ideal for visual schedules, calming apps, and video modeling.

This iPad will also serve as a motivating reward, helping students manage behaviors and stay focused. Students can use it for art, calming breaks, social skills videos, or hands-on literacy and math games.

Apple’s built-in accessibility features like Guided Access, VoiceOver, and Switch Control make this device perfect for learners with autism, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities.

This iPad will transform how we teach, communicate, and support our students each day. It meets them where they are—and helps them move forward.
