This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Engaging incentives can motivate students to participate actively, reinforce positive behavior, and foster a sense of achievement. By creating a fun and rewarding environment, these incentives encourage students to set goals, build confidence, and develop a more positive attitude toward learning.
My goal is to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes by implementing a system of engaging incentives that motivates positive behavior, encourages active participation, and fosters a supportive classroom environment.
Students earn points when they follow the school expectations not only in our classroom, but throughout the school. I would love to provide prizes that they are interested in and make them want to achieve those points by following the expectations. When students are motivated and following the expectations, it creates a calm, positive environment for my students to learn in all subject areas.
