My Project

In my classroom, every day is a chance to inspire students to learn, grow, and believe in themselves. But to keep things running smoothly—and minds engaged—we need some essential tools. From organizing assignments and grading papers to preparing fun, hands-on activities, and creating a space for emotional growth, these materials will make a real impact.

We’re asking for a set of teacher essentials (like pens, sticky notes and grading supplies to keep lessons flowing and assessments efficient.

We're also requesting materials for interactive, engaging activities that help students connect more deeply with learning. Finally, we’d love a small, student-sized paper shredder—not just for classroom use, but as a tool for social-emotional wellness. Students will write down negative thoughts or worries and shred them as a symbolic and empowering way to let go.

This project will support both academic success and emotional resilience—because when students are organized, engaged, and emotionally supported, they thrive.

My students are energetic, creative, and eager to learn. Many of them face challenges outside of school, and our classroom is a safe space where they can explore new ideas and build confidence. Whether we’re doing a hands-on science project or journaling about our feelings, these kids show up with heart. I want to give them every tool they need to succeed—academically and emotionally.

Every Shred Counts:

With your support, students will not only sharpen their minds but also let go of burdens that may weigh them down. Whether it’s organizing a stack of essays or symbolically shredding away self-doubt, each item in this project supports a small but meaningful step toward a healthier, happier classroom.

Thank you for believing in this work!!
