My Project
I love my students' curiosity, enthusiasm, and unique perspectives. They are incredible individuals who thrive on hands-on, sensory-rich experiences. Many of my students have high sensory needs and are in a self-contained classroom, making it essential to provide them with the right tools to support their learning and development.
The sensory and educational toys, such as the Liquid Motion Bubbler and Abilitations Sensory Floor Tiles, will provide much-needed sensory stimulation and help improve focus and calmness.
The fidget toys and pop tubes will aid in developing fine motor skills and offer tactile input, which is crucial for students with sensory processing challenges.
The magnetic blocks and STEM educational toys will foster creativity and problem-solving skills, while the Crayola Model Magic and jumbo pencils will encourage artistic expression and improve fine motor control. The laminating pouches and label maker tape will help create a more organized and visually accessible learning environment, which is particularly beneficial for students who thrive on structure and routine.
My goal for this project is to create an engaging, supportive, and enriching classroom environment where all students can thrive. These resources will make a significant difference in their learning by providing the sensory input they need, enhancing their motor skills, and fostering a love for exploration and creativity.
What makes my students special is their resilience and their ability to find joy in the smallest of things. They inspire me every day with their determination and their unique ways of interacting with the world.
