it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Classroom donations are like beams of light illuminating the path for students who are new to our country and are embarking on the journey of learning English. These contributions are not just about materials; they represent hope and opportunity for these students. These donations such as notebooks, writing tools, or even some sweet treats, create classrooms and learning environments to be welcoming and warm!
For my students, classroom donations of notebooks, pens and pencils and snacks signify the generosity of our community and the belief that every child deserves a chance to succeed.
With access to resources, my students can confidently navigate the challenges of adapting to a new language and culture and knowing that they have the tools and support they need to thrive. I am grateful for the impact that these donations have on my students' lives, empowering them to embrace their identity, find their voice, and reach for their dreams in their new academic journey and beyond.
