Empowering Emotional Growth: Tools for Self-Regulation and Mindfulness

My Project

I love how my students are curious, creative, and eager to learn, but they also face challenges in managing their emotions and focusing. The resources in this project will support their social-emotional growth and help them develop self-regulation skills. The Time Timer will give them a visual way to track time, promoting focus and reducing anxiety. Sensory discs will provide tactile support for calming and managing stress. The feelings charts and calming posters will foster emotional awareness, helping students identify and express their emotions. Finally, the SEL books will guide them in understanding and navigating their feelings, strengthening their emotional intelligence. Together, these tools will create a safe, supportive space for students to thrive academically and emotionally.
