Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
With an all-in-one desktop computer, I will have access to high-quality professional development resources, online training, and instructional tools that will enhance my teaching skills. I plan to engage in webinars, certification courses, and collaborative lesson planning that will keep me updated with the latest educational strategies, particularly in supporting diverse learners, including students with special needs.
By integrating what I learn, I can create more engaging and differentiated lesson plans, utilize data-driven instruction, and incorporate assistive technology to support my students’ individual needs.
This will lead to a more inclusive and effective learning environment where students can thrive academically and build essential skills for success. Ultimately, investing in my professional growth directly impacts my students by ensuring they receive high-quality, research-based instruction tailored to their needs.
