Empowering Diverse Learners with Tools for Success

My Project

Our classroom serves a remarkable group of students with special needs at a Title One public school, where resources are limited but student potential is limitless. Many of our learners face academic challenges and benefit from structured routines, supportive tools, and an environment tailored to their individual needs. To help them engage more fully and complete assignments with greater independence, we are requesting essential classroom tools that promote focus, accessibility, and productivity.

To better support our students’ learning and daily work routines, we are requesting keyboards to support students with fine motor difficulties and improve typing efficiency for written assignments.

We need desk fans to increase comfort and focus in warm classroom conditions, especially for students with sensory sensitivities

Wireless mice will assist students who struggle with touchpad navigation, increasing access to digital platforms and a

document scanner will help create digital student portfolios, promoting organization, independence, and eco-friendly practices

Our students thrive when they are provided with the right tools to meet their needs. These items will support their academic growth, encourage independence, and create a more inclusive, productive classroom environment. The document scanner, in particular, will allow us to go paperless with student work, building digital portfolios that support long-term growth and reduce waste, an important step toward environmental responsibility.
