This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Art education is essential for fostering creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression. As art teachers, we strive to provide enriching experiences that inspire our students to explore the vast world of creativity. However, we face challenges in obtaining the necessary resources to fully support their artistic endeavors. This is why I am reaching out to you for your generous support in funding our project.

Our project aims to enhance the art education experience for over 300 students every semester by providing a diverse range of props and activities for multimedia projects.

These resources will enable me to introduce students to various artistic techniques such as light painting, still life drawing, action photography, painting still life, value studies, and more. By incorporating these activities into our curriculum, I can offer students a comprehensive understanding of different artistic mediums and styles. Your support will not only benefit current students but will also have a lasting impact for years to come. The supplies and props purchased through your donations will be utilized repeatedly, serving multiple cohorts of students, ensuring that future generations of aspiring artists will have access to resources to explore their creativity and pursue their passions. I am also requesting a gum ball machine for incentives.

We are seeking financial contributions to fund the purchase of art supplies, props, games, fake food and equipment necessary for implementing these multimedia projects. Your donation, no matter the size, will make a difference in the lives of our students. Art education plays a vital role in shaping well-rounded individuals who are equipped with the skills and mindset to thrive in an ever-changing world.
