Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project was created to benefit my second grade students. I am a college graduate and a first year teacher at a Title I school. Each item will be used to benefit my students. I have 46 second graders and I am thrilled! My goal is to make my classroom a fun, welcoming, and educational environment. The items on my list include flexible seating, educational games, and a variety of storage containers to organize various materials.

Each item needed will be used to benefit my students education, as well as create a classroom environment that is centered around exciting learning opportunities.

In addition, the flexible seating will allow my students to wiggle freely and sit in chairs they find more comfortable! I cannot wait continue to fulfill l my dream of being a second grade teacher! Furthermore, as a first-year teacher, my budget is often tight, and I strive to make every dollar stretch as far as possible. Donations from generous individuals or organizations allow me to prioritize the specific needs of my students, ensuring that they have the best chance to succeed. By contributing to my classroom, you are investing in the futures of students who may not always have the same resources available to them elsewhere.
