Help me give my students social-emotional books, games, posters, and decorations to help them become emotionally intelligent.

My Project

I plan to utilize the books, journals, posters and parachute in our weekly Girls Squad sessions. For instance, the social-emotional books will serve as a cornerstone for our curriculum. We will use these books to facilitate group discussions and reflections on themes like self-esteem, empathy, and handling peer pressure.

Interactive games will be incorporated into our weekly sessions to make learning engaging and practical.

A game focused on role-playing will allow the girls to practice conflict resolution and communication skills in a fun and supportive setting.

Lastly, affirmation posters will be placed around the room as visual reminders of the positive qualities and goals the squad is working on. The girls will be encouraged to set personal and group goals related to these affirmations and track their progress.
