Empower Young Creatives: Help Us Print Our Literary Magazine!

Help me give my students an in-class printer for our after-school Literary Club. The students hope to publish several zines (and maybe a full-length literary magazine) throughout the school year!

My Project

Literary Club is relatively new (like all things at MPT this year, including the school itself)! Students have a growing interest in the Literary Club. They are eager to learn how to print short zines and are ambitiously looking forward to printing a longer magazine with contributions from the whole school.

With the printer and the paper materials, students would be able to create and publish in-house; they would be entirely in charge of the process from start to finish.

These materials would help students get creative with their formatting and designing of the magazine. To start, students want to focus their creations on ideas and themes from the club members themselves. Eventually, they want to pull in submissions from the larger student body. They are a very dedicated group of students and would benefit the most from being able to have a hand in the production process at every step. Thank you!
