My students enjoy art and we use art to empower student learning. My students are physically challenged and often use technology to do all their work. Often we need to print their work so they can have a final product to take home.
My students are a group of physically challenged students who are in a substantially separate setting do to their needs.
They are energetic and dynamic but sometimes it is hard to include them in mainstreams settings. My students are often lower academically than many of their mainstream peers of the same age.
My Project
My students use iPads and other forms of technology to do much of their work. The students can not write or hold a crayon or pencil but they can use a finger. Using iPads and their finger the students are able to draw and write or type. The printer I am requesting is so the students can have a final copy to show their work and to take home.
I love when a student can take a finished product home and proudly hang on the fridge.
It is wonderful to be able to finish a product and take it home. A printer in the classroom will make it possible for my students to show off their work.
