This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are hard-working 5th and 6th grade students who are eager to ask questions and love to learn. The majority of my students come from low-income backgrounds where resources are very limited at home. The community where they are living is an area where gang activity and crime are present.
My students are creative, intelligent, and have great hopes for their future.
Many of my students are English language learners. They are getting prepared for the 21st century by using technology as part of their learning.
My Project
Help make learning in school and at home easier by giving us access to the Teachers Pay Teachers platform. TpT offers teachers new resources for their students on a daily basis, giving us access to a wide variety of resources for all grades and subjects. I can save on time with prepping and my students will be able to use these digital resources designed to use with or without an electronic device. TpT will offer an abundance of goal-specific, relevant, and useful materials/resources from creative sellers (teachers) to use with my wonderful students.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
