Hygiene supplies are a necessity for everyone. I teach a puberty and hygiene class in my Title I school to our 4th and 5th graders. Providing our kids with a discreet hygiene kit helps make the class less awkward by giving them something to look forward to. Having these supplies at their disposal also empowers them with the ability to take care of their own needs even if their parents can't afford to purchase extra supplies for use at school.
Students must be healthy to be educated and educated to be healthy.
By helping to fund this project you are helping to ensure that our kids can focus on their education rather than being self conscious about their hygiene.
