Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are curious, creative, and eager to dive deeper into the world of computer science. As our program grows, so does their excitement to explore coding, robotics, digital art, and app development. To meet their enthusiasm and support their learning, our classroom needs updated tools to take our Computer Science Lab to the next level.
These resources will support students at different skill levels — whether they’re just beginning with block-based coding or building their own games and apps using Swift or Python
Why This Matters:
Technology is constantly evolving, and our students deserve access to tools that reflect the modern digital world. iPads and stylus pens allow students to code, draw, problem-solve, and collaborate in ways that feel natural and intuitive. The books and curriculum will help build foundational knowledge, spark creativity, and deepen understanding of key CS concepts.
