My Project
My students are creative, hands-on learners who are preparing for careers in technology through our CTE IT (Career & Technical Education – Information Technology) program. They are passionate about learning to code, engineer, and fly drones — not just for fun, but to earn industry-recognized credentials that will open doors to high-wage, high-demand careers in tech and manufacturing.
Our program includes drone technology, which is part of students' FAA Part 107 certification process, as well as coding skills and basic digital manufacturing.
These tools will allow them to design, build, and fly with precision — blending computer science with real-world applications. However, we currently lack many of the essential supplies needed to give each student a full, hands-on experience.
We are growing fast! Our CTE IT program is expected to double in student enrollment next school year. To support this growth, we’re seeking supplies such as drones, coding kits, and classroom technology that will allow our students to learn, create, and earn credentials with confidence.
