Empower Classroom Learning and Innovation with Coding

Help me give my students a Lenovo Ideapad, Coding Robot, and Coding Mobot to access essential tools for learning programming, coding robots, and developing critical skills for success in technology and problem-solving.

FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Rickard's classroom raised $716

My Project

The specific items requested, such as laptops and coding supplies, will significantly enhance student learning by providing essential tools for developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Coding is not just about learning a skill; it’s about fostering creativity, logic, and resilience. As students engage with technology, they will be motivated to explore coding, programming, and robotics, making the learning experience both fun and educational. By working with computers and robots, students will develop a deeper understanding of technology’s impact on the world.

The goals of this project are to provide students with hands-on opportunities to engage in computer science lessons that integrate subjects like math, language arts, and science.

These lessons will allow students to write computer programs, develop code, and even code various types of robots, creating an interactive and engaging environment where they can apply classroom concepts in real-world scenarios. This integrated approach not only enhances learning but also builds essential technical skills for the future.

What makes our students special is their diversity in background and abilities. They come from various walks of life, which often limits access to technology-driven learning. This project offers them a rare opportunity to engage in a transformative experience that is typically unavailable, helping them develop a passion for technology, creativity, and problem-solving skills that will serve them for years to come.
