My Project

In the Montessori learning environment we have incorporated a peace table. It have several tools and literature for the students to use for self or when having an issue or conflict with a peer. We use a rose to start the discussion; the person with the rose speaks their peace first, the other party listening, and then they switch or pass the rose to the next person. We/I have the hopes of coming to an agreeable solution. I have a few who need more one on one time to deal with anxiety issues. Some of the requests are or can be helpful.
