My Project
I am a social worker at a Title 1 elementary school. The kiddos in this school are so sweet and have such bright futures ahead of them. Unfortunately, many of them come from difficult situations and often find it hard to deal with the strong emotions they're experiencing.
These wooden logs for building, kinetic sand and a container to store it, and some Play-Doh toys will help students to be able to focus and regroup themselves when they're experiencing strong emotions that are difficult to deal with.
These students are amazing and I want to be able to help them to be happy and healthy.
