Emotional Regulation Tools

Help me give my students a place where they feel safe to regulate. My students need more tools to help regulate their emotions. the items will be used for our calm corner and mindful regulation sessions.

My Project

I teach students kindergarten through second grade that need more help regulating their emotions. Our class is looking for items to help work on or primitive reflexes. We are looking for items to help regulate our emotions when they get into the red zone. Our class likes to create calm down paths and items like the stepping stones, balance boards and liquid squares can help my students create these. The light projector, floor tiles, carpet and flexible seats will allow. My students comfortable and calming environment to begin to work through social emotional learning topics .
