Help me give my students jump ropes and balls for emotional learning which will help understand feelings they might feel with all going on in the world and going back to school. We have a park we can enjoy with the items.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I would like to have these things to go across the street to the beautiful park and play. We don’t have a play ground and it is so important for our students to get outside as much as we can. Nowadays there also is a lot of things and big feelings inside these children. With everything going on with immigration and their families they come to school with a lot on their minds. We need calm down toys and social emotional cards to identify those feelings and work on them. I want my students to get the mental exercise and physical exercise they need daily.
