My Project
My students are high school scholars aiming to be productive adults in our community. Many will transition to higher academic programs, vocational schools, and or begin careers. It is important whatever path they take they understand the role and importance of emotional intelligence, especially as it relates to social connections.
An important aspect of overall wellness is the ability to reflect and assess not only your weakness but your strengths.
Students will be given the opportunity to journal and express their ideas and thoughts as they improve their overall health.
