This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Sometimes unpredictable things happen and our girls have to go home for the day and miss school. This results in time lost at school and this situation can be avoided if we have garments in school to offer to them to wear for the duration of the day.

These garments could be given to girls in an emergency situation to keep them in the school for the day and avoid disrupting their learning.

This happens frequently enough that we would benefit from having garments to offer our girls and relieve some of their stress.
