A.S.E. is world known as having the best auto techs around.
As an Automotive teacher in New York my goal is to produce the best auto techs I can. Inner city students, of which my class is made, are far more advanced than students 10 years ago and they need the most advanced learning aids we have to offer.
Trying to keep their attention is sometimes tough but, with the use of an E.L.M.O., it brings us as a class closer together. The Dept. of Ed. has limited funds, so we teachers look to outsiders to help us fund our programs to help our kids. The E.L.M.O. Visual Presenter will have an important role in my Automotive classroom. It will help my students bring their work up to the front of the room. The E.L.M.O. will let them rid themselves of the fear of public speaking. This is so important in my field because I want my kids to not only be able to repair the cars but also sell the work to the customers. The E.L.M.O. is also so very useful when teaching a class. I have the chance to show different tools while keeping my students in front of me.
