My Students
My students are your typical, small-town children growing up in the twenty-first century. Their world is constantly changing and at four years old, they do not have much control over anything that happens. My goal is to always be a constant in my students' lives and help cultivate a love of learning in each and every student who walks through my door by offering love and compassion.
Once you walk into our classroom, you are part of our family.
We work together to achieve goals such as letter recognition, letter sounds, and counting. We make sure that we are following the golden rule and treating others how we want to be treated, so we can all learn as much as possible during the time we have together.
My Project
I am hoping to purchase an elmo document camera so that my students are able to see examples of activities without having to come to the carpet. We will use the elmo to look at various activities while seated at our desks to maintain social distancing. My students love answering questions and working on activities together.
This Elmo document camera will help my students see what we are learning about from a distance.
I will be able to freeze the screen and work ahead while we are having discussions. Since the screen will be frozen they will not see the changes in real time and will be less distracted.
