Our students, resilient and unique, hail from a community facing economic challenges, yet they showcase determination and passion.
With your backing, we aim to provide them with: Dynamic PE gear, including jump ropes that will promote cardiovascular health and coordination. Agility and coordination equipment, such as badminton, pickleball & Peteca gear, will not only develop motor skills but also ignite a passion for diverse physical activities. The addition of fitness equipment, including posters, parachutes, and more, offers a fun and diverse approach to learning and loving physical activities.
In addition to fostering physical health, we are seeking support for essential school supplies like pencils and whiteboards, that will aid in fostering a learning environment suitable for ALL types of learners. Here at WHS, the PE department does not have access to classrooms, therefore making it difficult to reach our reading/writing/visual learners.
Our primary goal is to create an inclusive and dynamic learning environment where every student, regardless of economic circumstance, has the tools they need to succeed. Your support will promote physical well-being, empower students to actively participate in academic and physical endeavors, as well as build a sense of belonging and unity among our students.
