This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As the coach at Peres K-8 school, We will use this soccer equipment for our 4th--6th grade boys and girls soccer teams. These supplies are essential to have proper practices for us to compete against other schools.

Our school is a Title 1, 100% free lunch program serving a very impoverished population in Central Richmond in the SF Bay Area.

Most of students do not have opportunities to play organized sports outside of school, so this is their only chance to experience team sports!

We have a very limited budget to get equipment for our sports team. Please help us give our students a proper sports team experience!
