it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
The students in our classroom are an amazing bunch. They continue to grow and are blossoming into their own unique selves. Each day my students are happy and excited to be at school. All of my students strive hard to accomplish goals and to perform well. They enjoy working together in English Language Arts and Math.
The greatest thing about my class is how comfortable and safe students feel to make mistakes, build relationships, and prepare for their future!
They are eager and anticipate what they will be doing each day. In my classroom, we start the day happy and cheerful and we end the day just the same.
My Project
The items selected will be used to safely experiment with circuits and electricity. We need safety goggles and a circuit kit. Students will explore how energy travels to provide us power in our daily lives. It is important for students to have a hands-on experience with the everyday materials that help us survive and function on a daily basis. The greatest way to understand electric energy is to manipulate it ourselves!
With these materials, students will make observations based on their experimentation to understand how energy is transferred through materials.
My class enjoys manipulating and experimenting with different objects. The opportunity to see first-hand makes an impact on their ability to learn how cool science is!
