It is important to me that I can provide all my students with supplies and have everything they need to learn their best in my classroom. All students are different, and I work hard to meet the needs of every learner in my classroom.
When modeling, it is helpful for both teachers and students to show their thinking.
They can use the blocks and fraction tiles to help show their thinking.
Having a mobile magnetic whiteboard, I can bring learning and modeling anywhere in the room and even in the hallway; possibilities for learning and making connections grow dramatically.
The large adhesive whiteboards will be used for gallery walks or with small groups of students. These materials will enable me to pull a small group of students in the back of the room, in the hall, or even in another classroom to work through difficult concepts. We will be able to use markers and magnetic tools to model and demonstrate our thinking. I see so many possibilities.
