This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Spring is upon us, and my students have been working so hard academically since the beginning of the school year. I am so proud of how much growth they have shown this year and I want to reward them for their hard work. My goal is to do this by throwing them a spring themed party before we leave for spring break. This party will also be a reward for all of the consistent hard work and dedication that have put in during our state test prep season.

Small rewards can sometimes make the biggest difference in a child's life.

Promoting positive behavior is an ongoing process in my school. This project will allow me to do just that!

Included in this project are spring and Easter themed books for read alouds, coloring and activity books, festive treats, and decorations to make our classroom feel festive and welcoming of the new spring season!
