This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
ELA educational games can make a difference in ELL (English Language Learners) students' learning in several ways:
Snacks and games can serve as incentives and rewards for students, making the learning process more enjoyable and engaging.
This can enhance their motivation to actively participate and learn English.
ELA educational games provide opportunities for ELL students to practice and reinforce their language skills in a fun and interactive way. These games focus on vocabulary, grammar, reading, and writing, which are crucial for language development.
The games will encourage collaboration and communication among students. ELL students can interact with their peers, practice English conversation skills, and learn from one another in a supportive and interactive environment.
The goals for this project may include:
1. Improving English language skills
2. Increasing engagement and participation
3. Fostering cultural awareness and appreciation
4. Building a supportive learning community
ELL students have had to overcome incredible hardships, many of them are still dealing with a lot of difficult situations. Help me make the classroom a place where they can learn in a fun and interactive way and be kids again!
