My Students

I have a classroom of fourth graders who love to learn.
My students love to dive into a good book. I have students who love to read and discuss novels during practice stations. The books have lead to great discussions about life and real-world experiences.
My students are at the age where they want to be kind, but sometimes lack the skills. The picture books will teach us to be kind to others and have empathy towards friends new and old.
My Project
The stools I am requesting are to add to my classroom which will allow my students to have a flexible seating option. The stools will permit students to have an option between a stool and a chair. The stools will also allow me to have more students with me at my small group instruction table.
Reading fluency and comprehension are ways to increase self worth of the whole child.
The comprehension and fluency materials will help me when I have parent volunteers to come in to work with students. The items I am asking for will allow the parents to help individual students or work with a small group. This will allow me to continue teaching while the parent is working on specific skills. The learning activities will allow the student to learn without a lot of preparation from me.
