Educating the Future of Veterinary Medicine

My Project

Our requested items include some much needed toys and treats for our resident animals. Our resident animals provide so much knowledge to our students, from husbandry to anatomy and physiology and companionship. Help us provide them with some much needed necessities.

I have also included a chicken incubator heater, rabbit skull, animal cell model and animal bite identifier kit.This items will be used for all grade levels to learn about dental changes between species and how it relates to diet.

Every year we incubate and raise chicks, which teaches the students about the incubation period, anatomy of chicks and the process in which they form in the shell. Students get to be a part of the process from beginning to end and experience candling the eggs during each stage. Once hatched they require external heating.
