My students need an organized space where they can retrieve class materials missed while participating in field trips and extracurricular activities.

My Students
Our school is both a neighborhood school and a specialty program. We serve students who come from all socio-economic backgrounds and have many who are identified as having special needs and/or gifted. Others are just hard-working and inquisitive. It's exciting how everyone comes together in our school and our department as part of a diverse and mixed-ability community of learners!
My classes range from the Introductory Level to Honors and AP.
I have students from all levels of ability, many of whom are involved in academic and extracurricular activities. When students miss class time in order to participate in an academic competitions or attend a field trip, it is essential that they have an organized way to retrieve their classroom materials.
In an effort to support student responsibility and success, I am asking for a donation toward a literature organizer built for durability and easy-access. Through your generosity, the students in my class can stay on top of their coursework no matter what their individual needs might be!
Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
My Project
Our students participate in a variety of field trips, competitions, and extracurricular activities, many of which take them out of the class during instructional time. Some are elective, and some are a mandatory part of our specialty and dual enrollment programs.
My students need an organized space where they can easily retrieve class materials efficiently and with minimal interruption to instructional time.
This organizer and nesting baskets will give them a place to drop off completed assignments during and outside of the regular class period. This requires flexibility and easy-access. Students will develop their own sense of responsibility and independence as they learn to meet their individual classroom needs. Through your donation, my students will be able to foster their own responsibility efficiently and with minimal interruption to instructional time.
