My students need anchor charts to help them remember new concepts! WE need an easel.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I work in an elementary school in the Bronx with a large immigrant population. Many of my students just moved to America and have limited proficiency in English and their first language. My students come from all around the world and bring with them their rich cultural backgrounds. Our school system is very foreign to them and these students need your support. Please help my students receive the tools they need to be successful in our classroom and our country.
My Project
This easel will make a difference for my students' learning because they will have a designated spot in our classroom to refer to previous lessons. This new easel is valuable for early childhood learners and teachers to orchestrate and store lessons. This will aid multiple independent and group lessons by creating an organized routine for anchor charts and math practice.
The easel in our classroom is broken and for the past several months I have been using a whiteboard instead.
Anchor charts are more beneficial for this age group because students are able to look around the room and reference previous material to assist them with a current task.
