This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These teaching easels will enhance student learning by providing me with new and improved materials for direct instruction. Currently, I have a teaching easel that does not have any wheels, is very heavy, and is broken in a way that makes the legs slide apart at times.

My goal for this project is to have a more versatile teaching easel that allows me to use magnets to hang up charts, a rack to store markers, and wheels to make it easily moveable around the room.

The second easel I am requesting is more narrow and will be used when I pull students for small group instruction at my back table.

Lastly, the chart paper will be used with the smaller easel when I work with small groups to teach and record their learning.
