Earth Science Lab Experiences

My Project

Make hands on a regular part of learning in this Earth Science Classroom. This class meets the needs of high school students trying to become college and career ready. We want as much real material and real science as possible.

We need Microfossil Labs and Chemical and Mechanical Erosion of Rocks Kits.

In this project students will get to work with historical microfossils to learn about how the rock area formed and answer real science questions. Students will also see how the processes of weathering and erosion change the rock into different forms, into soils, and sand , and the materials we use everyday.
