My students are made up of a diverse group of children with diverse economic, social, and ethnic backgrounds. I have many students who speak a second language at home that may be Spanish, Armenian, or an Asian language.
My students come from all walks of life, but they deserve an equal opportunity to have resources available to them for their education.
My school is a close-knit community with strong parent support, dedicated teachers, and has the child's interest in mind.
My Project
My students can learn through visuals and posters created with these markers. My students can also learn important organizational skills by keeping their materials neatly in their pencil boxes.
My students need school supplies to help them learn in the classroom.
Students will retain information better if it is presented with visuals. With these markers I can create posters to help my lessons stick in their brains and with pencil boxes I can teach them how to organize their learning space. Something as simple as school supplies are often overlooked but are so important in the learning that goes on in the classroom.
