My Students
I am so excited to share with you about my students. My students are always happy, eager, fun-loving and excited to be at school. For many of them, this is their first, full-day experience with school, learning and making friends. They enjoy hands- on, interactive learning. They have a limitless imagination and it is a wonderful experience to see them grow and learn from the wonderful classroom materials that we have.
We create a strong sense of family and community in our room and build friendships to last a lifetime.
Our school is in one of the largest urban school districts in our state.
They come shy and not knowing a lot about the social and academic aspects of life. Within the year, many learn to read, develop a love of books, numbers and most importantly, they have fun doing it. My students are learning to break out of their shell and develop friendships, learn manners, sharing and how to navigate situations. This would not be made possible if we didn't have the appropriate equipment in the classroom. Please help me fill my room with new items for the kids to enjoy, explore and learn from!
My Project
One of the most important components of PreKindergarten is to allow students to learn through multi-sensory. In PreKindergarten, the students are curious, excited and creative. What better way than to provide our little ones with some wonderful literacy resources to support their lifelong learning. We are requesting Early Language Folder Games and lacing alphabet letters.
These Literacy resources will provide not only the foundation to many literacy and reading skills, but will allow students to explore the English language and expand their knowledge for higher-order of thinking!
Literacy is a crucial area for students to succeed and these resources are just the thing to help get my students master this area.
