This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I work in a public school system where I teach deaf and hard of hearing children. More than half of my students come from economically disadvantaged families. I am reaching out to request your support in bringing a colored printer and laminator to my classroom. These tools would be invaluable in creating vibrant, durable, and engaging experience books. A colored printer would allow me to produce high quality, pictures that capture students attention. A laminator would ensure that these materials last longer, reducing waste and making hands-on books reusable for current and future classes.

Your generosity in supporting this project would have a lasting impact on my students education.
