This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are learning English, exploring letters and sounds, and building the foundation for lifelong reading. Many come from historically underserved communities and attend a high need Title I school. I am requesting early literacy materials from Lakeshore to give them strong, hands-on learning experiences that reflect their needs and support their growth. These resources will help students recognize letters, build vocabulary, and grow their confidence in language and reading. With your support, every child will have access to the tools they need to succeed, no matter their background or learning style.
