Eager Readers In Need Of Leveled Books

My students need a library set of leveled readers and a storage cart to enhance our classroom library.

My Students

My students are in 2nd grade and they love to read and learn.

They attend a school where resources are lacking but the teaching staff are determine to give the students the best education. My students love exploring books, but struggle with finding the just Right" book to help them succeed as readers. I feel very lucky to have these students in my class this year and I hope I can provide them with the best education possible.

My Project

The leveled readers will be used to help improve my students in their reading skills and comprehension. In addition, these books will open them to a world that they have never experienced. They will be able to learn about real people and things about the world that they would not get an opportunity to in most cases because of their home life situation.

Nothing compares to the excitement that radiates on my students' faces when they open a new book that they can read.

I hope that you will be able to help our class achieve our goal of obtaining "Just Right" books to help us become confident and successful readers!
