Kids have a natural curiosity about the world around them. What better way to promote that wonder by reading a magazine and making cross curricular connections. Many students have never had a subscription to reading materials and this would be a great starting point to get them hooked!
Students can read, solve problems and make connections!
Having these monthly magazines will allow students to collaborate while solving problems and peak their interest into new concepts! Intriguing non-fiction topics can help students become stronger readers as they practice using text features to understand what they are reading!
